Archive Groups

• In addition to the existing Desigo CC archive groups, the archive group GPM_ Long_Term_Miscellaneous, allows you to archive instantaneous measurement points into the long-term storage using the Archive Group and the Filter Group field values.
• The new miscellaneous archive group is available in the project if Desigo CC is upgraded to or installed with the latest version.
  By default, in the Extended Operations tab, Storage 2 is mapped to the miscellaneous archive group. It is recommended to create a new Storage and link it to the miscellaneous archive group. This feature is applicable to physical (supported in Modbus, BACnet, IEC61850, and OPC protocols), virtual and logical devices.
  
• NOTE: The GPM_Long_Term_Miscellaneous archive group must be linked to any of the available storage to avoid data loss.
• The Archive Group field allows you to select archive group for the single or multiple measurement points from the Measurement Points expander when creating a device instance or after device creation. This functionality is supported for physical, virtual, and logical devices except for the Manual Measuring Device.
